1. Buyer gets new owner(s) appointed to Board of Directors at a Board meeting. New Board of Directors accepts the resignation of outgoing Directors and Board members. Take over control of Shareholder Register. (free)
2. Change names of Directors online at Govt. website and change control passwords and contact details (free)
3. Change responsible person's names on Bank accounts and change access and contact details (free)
4. If required, discuss arrangements for office, phone, and mail services. |
